We have recently received Planning Consent for the proposed new house build for Andrew & Valeska Pearson, Brough, Skellister, and are currently in the process of finalising their Building Warrant submission. We are optimistic that this build should be ready for commencement early in 2015. The house design is our Standard House Pattern C.
After the preliminary site works have been completed, it is anticipated that we shall commence this two storey build in the Spring of 2015. This new house, to be built at Glenburn Road, Hamnavoe is a bespoke design to make best use of the existing ground conditions. The basement will accommoldate  Bedrooms and a Utility Room and the ground/upper floor will accommodate the Kitchen, Lounge, Garage, Study and family Bathroom. The lower floor is timber framed with a block and harl cladding, whereas the upper floor will be timber clad.
We have recently received Planning Approval in respect of this new house build and we are currently making progress with their Building Warrant submission. We would hope to have this submission approved in order that we can commence work on this 1.1/2 storey house build, in the Spring of 2015. This bespoke design will incorporate a well lit lounge complete with a vaulted ceiling. the reminder of the house is composed of a standard 1.1/2 storey design.
This house build comprises a Roy Homes supplied 2 storey house kit complete with single storey attached garage. this house build is also programmed for Spring if 2015.
SC&d Ltd. have been awarded the contract to duild a new two-store house for Louisa Kortram. Once we have finalised a few more details, we shall be ready to submit Louisa's Planning Application and Building Warrant.
It is anticipated that this house build will commence towards the end of 2015, in line with our client's requirements.
